Contacting EGA Headquarters and COVID-19:Update May 28, 2020
As Kentucky begins to reopen, EGA is also making plans to begin the journey towards normalcy. Beginning Monday, June 1st, the office will be staffed during the following hours: Monday – Wednesday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET; Thursday and Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM ET.
Due to an abundance of caution, there will still only be 1-2 people in the office on any given day, and the rest of the staff will continue to work from home. Please continue to be patient as we work to safely serve you, the members. We are hoping to resume full hours, staffing, and allow visitors beginning July 1st – please keep an eye on the website for further details. – Cynthia Welch, EGA Administrator(Link to share)
