Update June 29, 2020:
EGA will reopen to visitors beginning 1 July. No more than three (3) member visitors will be allowed at a time, and mask wearing is required (we have some if you don’t have one).
Members: please call 502-589-6956 or use our Contact Us form to let us know you’re coming, and what date. Due to the spike in COVID-19 nationwide, staffing will still be only 1 person a day through Monday 20 July, with the others working from home. We all hope to be back together at that time.
Update May 28, 2020:
As Kentucky begins to reopen, EGA is also making plans to begin the journey towards normalcy. Beginning Monday, June 1st, the office will be staffed during the following hours: Monday – Wednesday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET; Thursday and Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM ET.
Due to an abundance of caution, there will still only be 1-2 people in the office on any given day, and the rest of the staff will continue to work from home. Please continue to be patient as we work to safely serve you, the members. We are hoping to resume full hours, staffing, and allow visitors beginning July 1st – please keep an eye on the website for further details. – Cynthia Welch, EGA Administrator
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, EGA headquarters staff will be working primarily from home beginning Wednesday, 18 March 2020.
The best way to reach us is by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email will be routed to the correct person, who will be in touch with you shortly. Phone calls to headquarters will be answered from 10 AM to 2 PM ET, Monday through Friday. Any messages left outside that time will be returned during those hours.
Please be advised that some functions of headquarters may take up to a week to process (rather than our usual lightning fast response rate!).
