Contacting EGA Headquarters and COVID-19

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, EGA headquarters staff will be working primarily from home beginning Wednesday, 18 March 2020.

The best way to reach us is by email: Your email will be routed to the correct person, who will be in touch with you shortly. Phone calls to headquarters will be answered from 10 AM to 2 PM ET, Monday through Friday. Any messages left outside that time will be returned during those hours.

Please be advised that some functions of headquarters may take up to a week to process (rather than our usual lightning fast response rate!).
