Originally available as a physical slide presentation, this collection of photos has been digitized to make it accessible to EGA chapters and members everywhere. Each slideshow also includes a link to download a PDF which will help chapters wanting to share the presentation as a chapter activity.

Needlepoint in English Churches - 9191 - The Dean's wife from Salisbury Cathedral sent us to see this little parish church in Ellington. The ladies there had done the entire church in needlepoint. They even made coverings for the seats of the pews and the kneelers. This is their little altar.
Needlepoint in English Churches - 8484 - Another cushion from the choir.
Needlepoint in English Churches - 5151 - Letters are always difficult to do. Working them around such a design complicates the work.
Needlepoint in English Churches - 3838 - Every chair in this huge choir had its seats and backs covered with exquisite needlepoint.
Needlepoint in English Churches - 5050 - More beautiful work.
Needlepoint in English Churches - 7171 - This poppy design had obvious dye lot problems.
Needlepoint in English Churches - 5757 - This was a cushion found elsewhere in the church.
Needlepoint in English Churches - 4848 - This was the most outstanding piece of the entire trip. Notice the architectural detail and the detail in the face.
Needlepoint in English Churches - 6060 - I found this gem in the Lady Chapel. Is not the detail charming?
Needlepoint in English Churches - 3434 - There were many kneelers done in this fashion using the same colors.
