This summer several of our members from the NY Capital District Chapter volunteered at Peebles Island to work on reproducing the dining room curtains from the Mills Mansion at the Staatsburgh Historic Site.
Members went every Tuesday during July and August and stitched under the direction of Sarah Stevens, the conservator in charge of the project.
