Photos: EGA Members across the nation Celebrate Stitch-in-Public Day 2022!

Every year, on the first Saturday of February EGA members from all across the nation celebrate Stitch-in-Public Day by, you guessed it, stitching in public. EGA’s mission is to inspire passion for needle arts through education and the celebration of its heritage and stitching in public is one of the many ways in which we achieve that mission.

Check out some photos of our chapters stitching in public and representing EGA in over 10 states this last February below. If your chapter participated and you’d like us to include your photos please email them to rduren@egausa.org.

If you are interested in learning more about the chapters in the photos, please visit our Find a Chapter map and enter the name of the chapter or  search using your zipcode to find the nearest EGA Chapter to you. See the Map!

If you are not near a chapter, don’t worry, we also offer Memberships At-Large which provides you with many benefits such as 60+ Petite Projects, a subscription to our Needle Arts magazine and more. You can join as a Member At-Large here.

Not ready to join as a member yet?  We have many other opportunities you can participate in, check out our monthly Needlework Network Newsletter, our EGA Stitch-a-long Group on Facebook and our Free Projects!
