Spaces Available: Join Us at Two Needlework and Textiles Tours in Atlanta

We will be in Atlanta this coming August for our National Seminar 2024: Preserving Needle Art. One of the most exciting parts of visiting a different city each year for our national seminar is that we get to participate in amazing tours showcasing needlework, textiles and more. But, did you know that you don’t have to be registered for seminar to attend these tours. That’s right all you have to do is sign up and meet us in Atlanta!

We currently have spaces available at two of the tours on Friday, August 16: Go In The Archives: Southern Textile Collections & Atlanta History Center and High Museum Exploration & Hands – On Textile Art Workshop. We are including more information for each tour below. Since registration for the seminar is closed, online registration is no longer possible. Interested persons would have to contact Registrar Gaye Smith at registrar2024@egausa.org or 225-931-1381 directly. The deadline to sign up is: June 15, 2024.

This tour is in our secure space and will require standing and walking for an hour on cement floors. No food or drink is allowed on the tour, note taking with pencil and photos without flash are allowed.
