Through the Needle’s Eye: Join Us for a Virtual Exhibition Experience Opening September 2023

For the first time in the history of the Through the Needle’s Eye exhibition, it will be a virtual experience. The exhibition debuts with the start of the EGA National Seminar, Boston Stitch Party 2023.

Everyone will have easy access to see the creative, thought-provoking, and stunning original or adaptation pieces worked by our members.

You will be able to walk through the virtual museum exhibition, read the artist statements, take a step back to view the overall impact and design of a piece, and zoom in to marvel at the stitching details.

A physical exhibition of the accepted juried and judged pieces will also be open at EGA Headquarters in Louisville from July through December 2023.

Thank you to the contributing artists whose works are pictured above, from left: Roszashi fragment by Bernice Janofsky, Dusk designed by Midori Matsushima and stitched by Mary Alice Sinton, Turbulent Waters by Elizabeth Bennett, Water by Jacqueline Winton.
