Stitch a Halloween Biscornu in our October Stitch-a-long

For our October Stitch-a-long project on Facebook, we will be stitching a beautiful Halloween Biscornu! The talented designer behind this month’s project is Kim Beamish, one of our members-at-large from Canada.

Here’s a little more about the project from stitch-a-long Admin Kate Gaunt: “This project uses an orange linen. Kim used 28 count cashel linen – color: Eek by Picture this Plus. Other possibilities would be Weeks Dye Works ‘Carrot’ which comes in 30-ct and Weeks Dye Works ‘Pumpkin’ which comes in 35-ct. Note that these other colors will create a slightly smaller project due to the higher counts of linen. If you find some great orange linen choices, please let us know! This project would look terrific in a wide variety of colors for other seasons/events or just for fun.”

You can download the pattern for this project on our Free Projects page, and while you are there check out some of the other goodies we have for you, including our Little Book of Embroidery Basics and other fun patterns.
