You can use the online form below to submit your entries for our Education Exhibit at our National Seminar: Wish Upon A Stitch in Orlando, Florida. Entries for the Golden Needle Awards and Bobbie Pilling Awards can also be submitted using this form. If you prefer to print a form to mail it, you can download the printable form with instructions here. The Individual Appraisal/Waiver can be downloaded here.

Please complete forms electronically if possible. August 1, 2026, is the due date for forms for all exhibition categories, including Golden Needle and Bobbie Pilling Award. Keep a copy to mail with your item(s) and a
copy for your records. Please complete the Delivery Form even if you plan to hand deliver. All forms must be fully completed, signed, and submitted on time or your exhibit item WILL NOT be shown.
