Originally from Louisville, KY, Tonya and has been with EGA since 2007, working as EGA’s Membership and Financial Coordinator.
Tonya Parks is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and has been with EGA since 2007. As EGA’s Membership and Financial Coordinator she works directly with our members and the financial aspects of the organization. Tonya enjoys traveling to EGA’s national Seminar where she can meet face to face the members she communicates with all year long. In her spare time, you can find Tonya singing, shopping and surrounded with her family, and friends.
Originally from Isabela, Puerto Rico, Rand has been with EGA since 2016, working as EGA’s Electronic Media Coordinator.
Rand Duren is originally from Isabela, Puerto Rico and has been with EGA since 2016. As EGA’s Electronic Media Coordinator he uses his previous experience as a social media manager and editor to manage our website, newsletters and social media channels. Rand sees embroidery as a beautiful art form, and enjoys using technology to connect stitchers and share EGA’s legacy and art with others. In his spare time you can find Rand cooking Puerto Rican food, listening to great music, playing video games or eating his way through Louisville’s dining scene.
Originally from Green Bay, WI (Go Packers!), Courtney has been with EGA since 2015, working as EGA’s Administrative Assistant.
Courtney Matthews is originally from Green Bay, WI (Go Packers!) and has been with EGA since 2015. As EGA’s Administrative Assistant, she handles class registrations, donations, everything that has to do with our products and more. Also, she is usually the first friendly voice you hear when you call our offices. Courtney loves that at EGA she gets to view and create art while engaging her passion and appreciation for history at the same time she utilizes her business skills. In her spare time, you can find Courtney spending time with people she treasures, seeing new places, enjoying modern board games.
EGA National Headquarters is located in Louisville, Kentucky. The office is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Guild and implementation of various EGA programs. In addition to staff offices, Headquarters contains EGA’s Permanent Collection, Dorothy Babcock Memorial Library, and a small gallery area where items from the collection and other exhibitions are displayed.

Headquarters is open to the public Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM ET ( The offices are closed for New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Derby Eve(Friday before first Saturday in May), Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day).
