Members of our Metropolitan Region have been participating in the World’s Longest Band Sampler sponsored by the San Francisco School of Needlework and Design (SNAD). SNAD is inviting stitchers to create a band and add to the sampler. We have sent 20+ and some of our other regions have sent bands in as well. I visited SNAD last fall and took a photograph of the bands done by our region. SNAD has released a video about the band sampler that explains how to participate and it’s great to see all the types of bands. You can see the video below, I am hoping each region will send some bands.
