Five EGA chapters to showcase their work at Pennsylvania exhibit

Pennsylvania embroiderers will display their work in a major needlework exhibit opening May 6 at the historic Fort Hunter Mansion in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. Five EGA chapters and one chapter of the American Needlepoint Guild will display an array of members’ work May 6 through June 17, 2018, at the historic mansion overlooking the Susquehanna River.

All tours of the exhibit are by appointment only and information is available by contacting the Dauphin County Parks and Recreations office at Ft Hunter www.forthunter.org to book a tour. Individual admission is $7; $6 for seniors. Group rates apply.

Fort Hunter Mansion and Park is located at 5300 N. Front St., Harrisburg. Fort Hunter is owned by Dauphin County and operated by Dauphin County Parks and Recreation department.
