The images show some finishing touches you can do with your project. You may choose to do all-over background embroidery, either as one stitch, or a variety of stitches. You may want to fill in areas with small motifs. Challenge yourself by trying something new!

I LOVE your piece! The palette is beautiful and you fans look great — I actually like that they are not all the same size because they look more natural this way. Hard to believe you’ve only been at this for two years!

I am a bit behind but have put this afternoon aside to start working.  Glad everyone is sharing the photos as it is definitely inspiring.

Anneli – Yes, that is the use of the muslin backing. Never a worry about how to finish ends without them showing.
