Since I cannot find what the definition of a “tier” is in the By-Laws for regions concerning region seminars, does anyone know what this terminology is referring to?

Hello glove-makers! I know many of you might be waiting until the cooler weather is closer before you begin making your gloves. After the vinyl is folder for awhile, use a warm hairdryer to flatten it before making the placement guide. I hope to see some gloves posted at any time during appliqué or construction.

Here is a colored drawing of the project I am working on. The triad color scheme I previously sent is part of this project. the material is a tie dyed blue/white combination that looks like clouds. Would appreciate ant feedback on this project.
