The Mid-Atlantic Region of the Embroiderers’ Guild of America will hold its 2025 Seminar, Stitching and Sowing Friendships, from June 18-22, 2025 at the Aspire Hotel & Suites, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
All needlework teachers are invited to submit proposals with a variety of proficiency levels and techniques for 1, 2, and 4-day classes. Classes will begin on Wednesday, June 18, and run through Sunday, June 22.
Submit your proposal(s) with picture or sketch electronically, no later than April 15, 2024 to deanoffacultymar2025@gmail.com The ICNA Universal Proposal Summary Sheet must be the first page of each proposal. The form is listed below. Please use MAR 2025 Proposal in the subject line. You will be advised of our selections on or before May 15, 2024.
Compensation for our seminar includes:
- $425 per day teaching fee.
- Hotel accommodations, with breakfast included, (double occupancy) for the period of your contract.
- Economy round-trip airfare or mileage at the IRS rate in effect at the time of the contract from your home to Gettysburg.
- $65 per diem for meals and incidentals.
