Calling all teachers: Submit your proposals for EGA’s Mid-Atlantic Region Seminar 2020

The Mid-Atlantic Region of the Embroiderers’ Guild of America will hold its 2020 Seminar, Get Stitching Gettysburg, from April 29-May 3, 2020 at the Eisenhower Complex in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

Teachers are invited to submit proposals with a variety of proficiency levels for 1-, 2- and 3 day classes. Classes will begin on Friday, May 1, and run through Sunday, May 3. Submit your proposal(s) with picture or sketch electronically, no later than September 15, 2018. The “ICNA Universal Proposal Summary Sheet” must be the first page of each proposal. You will be advised of our selections on or before October 1, 2018.

The fee schedule for our seminar includes:
– $400 per day teaching fee.
– Hotel accommodations for the period of your contract.
– Economy round-trip airfare or mileage at the IRS rate in effect at the time of the contract from your home to Gettysburg.
– $60 per diem   for meals and incidentals.
