EGA Discussion Group 6 years, 11 months agoDoes anyone know of websites for selling older embroidery patterns? I’m looking for Those Darn Birds by An Elne of Lynnyn. It evidently used to be available through The Sampler Guild UK, but both it and An Elne of Lynnyn are now defunct. I’ve tried eBay and Etsy, so far without luck.

I’ve noticed Facebook groups that are “fans of whatever” which is where I start to look when the thing I’m interested in is defunct or out of print. Might be a long shot but you could get lucky!

I agree with Marnie that Facebook groups could help. There is one called Cross Stitch Hunting. If it is a sampler, you might be interested in Sampler World and Samplers Through Time. Good luck!
