Try a tea party. There is a group in Washington state who put a tea party on every February and they have had to limit the attendees as so many want to come. My chapter did a tea last June and we opened it to members and their friends. We had an exhibit of our work and served tea in china tea cups and had “tea” food. We did not charge to come…[Read more]
Thank you Judith, for your ideas. I will share them with our chapter. The tea party sounds like a good idea and a fun idea. Who doesn’t enjoy a tea party!!
I visited the Low Country Chapter Meeting last week and they had a little wrapped gift to raffle to members. Members in attendance donated $1/ticket and the winning number was pulled from the hat after the meeting. They collected over $30 at one meeting.
