HiWendy, What is this friend request for? How will it be used?

As far as I know, it allows us (you and I) to connect on the egausa.org website. If I post a message, you may receive a notification that I’ve posted something. I have created a group for the Surface Embroidery Interest Group. If you join the group, you will get a notification email (only one per day, if messages are posted on that day). There will also be notices of our regular meetings, with mine and Leslie Mehard Brady, who runs a group on the third Saturday of the month.
