This was the first time I choose colors for a project. It was difficult at first as I don’t have any color sense and my local stores are closed. In any case, I cheated and ordered the same overdye threads from an online project I liked. From there, I was able to pick out others from my stash.
    Canvas:French blue
Outline: dark green DMC 934, second left of the first row (I am still debating between this and dark blue DMC 823, first left of the first row )
4 overdyed threads: first 4 threads of the first row
2 sets of green, two sets of purple, 2 sets of blue, 1 set of purple blue and 1 set of mauve. These are pictured in the second row. I got these colors from the overdyed threads following the class instruction.
I added another 3 sets of colors, and they are in the first row: the green set and the purple set were from some other projects I liked. I am wondering whether I should add the pinkish colors on the first row to make the kimono brighter.
