The History Museum asked if I could create an unfinished piece of needlework to use in a short film for an upcoming exhibit. The piece would be used by an actress portraying an upper class woman of the late 1700’s. We chose a Flame Stitch pattern stitched in silk on a 30ct piece of linen. This picture is the actress in costume including her Hedgehog hairdo pretending to stitch on my piece of needlework. I will receive film credit too! it was a wonderful experience and an honor to be asked.
