NAN, the National Academy of Needlearts offers a judging certification program. Please check their website http://www.needleart.org. NAN also has published ‘A Needleart Judge’s Reference’

There are also a few judging books in the EGA library. All three guilds have a judging program. I happen to think that EGA’s is the best, but none of them are all on-line. What area are you in and maybe there is an EGA certified judge that can tell you more.
