Strategic Plan

EGA’s 2026–2031 Strategic Plan provides a five-year roadmap for strengthening our organization while preserving what members value most about EGA. Developed with extensive input from members, volunteer leaders, educators, staff, and others connected to EGA, the plan focuses on three priorities: advancing the art and practice of embroidery, strengthening community and connection, and building a resilient organization for the future.
