The Golden Needle Awards — EGA’s newest judged exhibit!

The Golden Needle Awards have been postponed. More information will be posted as it becomes available.

The Golden Needle Awards is our new judged and themed exhibit – this year’s theme is Boston Stitch Party! When you think of Boston, New England and its surrounding areas, what do you think of? We all have ideas – what is yours? Is it sports, your favorite season, the beautiful landscapes, the history or something else – maybe a favorite memory of a place or event in New England.

Enter your idea stitched in your favorite technique in embroidery that is not larger than 12 “ x 12” and can fit in a priority USPS box (medium or large). Originals, adaptations and non-original works are encouraged to enter!

As we all have our own ideas of what we think of when we think of Boston and New England, this will be a fun exhibit that all EGA members can participate in. There are a few requirements – you must be an EGA member and the piece must have been finished within the last two years.

You do not have to attend Seminar to enter or WIN, but you must register your entry by June 15th on our Education Exhibit Entry Form page.
