Annual Financial Report 2020

Dear EGA Chapter/Region Treasurer,

It’s time to submit your annual financial report!

Annual financial reporting forms and instructions are currently on their way to all chapter and region treasurers. The information gathered on these forms is critical for EGA’s annual filing with the IRS and maintaining our non-profit status. To ensure accurate and punctual filing of EGA’s annual report to the IRS, all forms must be submitted no later than February 15, 2021.

There are three ways to submit your Annual Financial Report
  • Complete, sign and mail the form you received in the mail to EGA Headquarters at 1205 East Washington Street Suite 104 Louisville, KY 40206. If mailing your form to headquarters, please TYPE or PRINT clearly, using black ink only to assure good quality photocopies. Be sure to retain a copy for your chapter/region permanent records.
  • Complete and submit the form ONLINE using this link by February 15, 2021. The online form will add and subtract your numbers automatically when you press the tab key in your keyboard after every field. If this doesn’t happen you may need to refresh the page, try another browser, or download and use the printable form.
  • Complete the form and email it to Tonya Parks. You can download a printable form here, be aware that this form is blank and doesn’t include your chapter information.

After your report has been verified, you will receive an email confirmation. Due to the large volume of reports, it may be several weeks before you receive this confirmation. Your patience is appreciated.
