John I have not received the book and although I am managing with the pages you have posted online some areas such as number 4 says to refer to the book. Please can you either send me via email the pages that are not in the lessons or the book. Thank you.

Finished Lesson 2 last night after having a long, rainy day for stitching only. Okay, I did make a good dinner and vacuumed a bit but otherwise it was a day of stitching and listening to a good audiobook. The sun is shining again so I will be back in the yard trying to stay in balance with Mother Nature.. I like the look of double cable so I am…[Read more]

I got my kit yesterday. I have already put the canvas on the stretcher bars. I decided to buy only the canvas and I ordered the threads right after I registered. Now I\’m just waiting for them to arrive.

Hazel, Love the class and was wondering if you are working on a book or more kits for needle lace insects or other needle lace designs. I have the dragon fly and plan to do this one too but would like more. Thanks

Hazel, I watched the beads being attached, but sometimes it was hard to see the position of the major elements (flowers, leafs). Is there a diagram you could provide so that we can positions these as artistically as you have? I do understand filling in the posy is a personal preference, but getting a diagram of the major elements would be nice.…[Read more]
