Patriotic Ornament by Ann Strite-Kurz
Ann originally designed a series of lanterns adapted from a quilt pattern, then converted the lanterns to ornaments. When asked to donate a project to EGA’s National Outreach Program, Ann chose the ornament that had heart shapes in it, and stitched it again in the patriotic colors. Featuring Ann’s signature composite stitches, this ornament is stitched on 18-count canvas using a variety of fibers and metallics.
Gratitude by Cara Hayes
